These are middle-class homemakers - educated, domestic women facing everyday challenges, embodying the spirit of the Indian woman. 'Chale Aao Sakhi' is a community project empowering women to turn their skills into successful businesses, fostering economic and social independence. The project aims to create a supportive environment where women can realize their full potential and earn self-respect."

चले आओ सखी , नारी सशक्तिकरण का एक अनूठा पेशकश है जहां इसमें जुड़ने वाली महिलाएं उस बैकग्राउंड से आती हैं , जिनके पास कहने के लिए सब कुछ है पर वास्तविकता में वो एक-एक पैसे के लिए घर के मुखिया पर आश्रित होती हैं.
हम हैं मिडिल क्लास होम मेकर यानि समाज की सुशिक्षित, घरेलू महिला जो हर चुनौती का सामना करती, भारतीय नारी.
"चले आओ सखी" इस कम्युनिटी प्रोजेक्ट को अपने स्वयं के कौशल से सफल व्यवसाय का रूप देकर, समाज में इस वर्ग से आने वाली महिलाओं को आर्थिक और सामाजिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर कदम बढ़ाने में सार्थक पहल कर रहा है। इस प्रोजेक्ट से महिलाओं के लिए आत्मसम्मान और सहभागी वातावरण का निर्माण भी किया जाएगा जहां हर महिला अपनी पूरी क्षमता के साथ अपनी रचनात्मक सोच को साकार कर सके।
